Do you sell to non-registered trade customers?

Unfortunately at GLAAST we are trade only, however, where possible we can provide you with details of GLAAST registered retailers in your area.

What are your tolerances?

Typically our tolerances are +-1mm. This would mean if you ordered a piece 500mm long, it could be 501mm or 499mm, however we do try and get the pieces exact when possible.

How long would I have to wait for my order?

Our processing times for just toughened or processed glass is 5 working days with additional time for delivery.
For printed and silvered items we typically aim for 10 working days, however with large orders you may be looking at longer.
On inquiry we always give an estimated lead time and where possible book in delivery, so you can have confidence when organising fitters and other contractors on site.

My file is too large to send by email

In the event that your image is too large to send via email, we suggest you use either Drop box or www.wetransfer.com

Do you print personal images?

At GLAAST we are used to printing customers own scenic shots and family photos.
Feel free to send it in and we will let you know if the image is large enough to suit your requirements.

I have a specific image in mind, however I cannot find it on your website.

If the particular image you are looking for isn’t accessible from our library there are great websites available such as shutterstock.com or fotolia.com where there are 1000’s of images to choose from.
If you are unsure that the image will be the correct size for what you need, please let us know and we can send you a step by step guide to choosing the right image.

How will my glass be packaged?

We find glass is safest when transported unpacked. This way the glass remains flat and incurs minimal stress. If you would like it packaged, Please inform our sales team when you place the order.

What information do I need to make an order?

When placing an order, we require the size of the glass you need, the thickness, type and finish. If it is a complex shape, we either require a cad drawing or template in order to make your piece exactly to your specification.

What Products do you have available?

Do you make furniture?

At GLAAST we are only a glass supplier, however we are closely affiliated with R V ASTLEY, where select lines of bespoke furniture are available. If you have any inquiries, please feel free to get in touch and we will help where we can.
