DELIVERY

For all customers who order an item from our set product range, you will automatically qualify for free delivery if your delivery address is in mainland UK.

For bespoke orders that are made to measure. Delivery will be quoted.

Bespoke items can take 15-20 working days from confirmation.

Once you have been informed your goods are ready for despatch, the delivery process can take 1-3 days.

Trade orders are by quotation.

METHOD OF DELIVERY

Depending on weight, size and fragility of your order. The method of which we deliver could be the following..

Courier – This will be a boxed item service and a recognised courier may require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries can be between 9am-5pm, Monday- Saturday.

Freight – This is a palletized delivery. The item may be on a regular sized pallet or oversized pallet. Deliveries can be between 9am and 5:30pm, Monday- Saturday.

Driver – This will be by GLAAST company transport. The driver will be able to deliver the product to your front door but not into the building.  Deliveries can be between 9am and 5:30pm, Monday – Friday.

All items provided will be packaged with foam edging and corner protectors unless stated otherwise.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

On receipt of your goods, we ask if you could check your order while in the presence of the delivery driver.

If your item has arrived damaged, please confirm this within the document the driver has asked you to sign.

We also require you take photographed evidence and email sales@glaast.co.uk notifying us of the damages within 12 hours.

In the event the driver is instructed to leave the goods outside or with a neighbour. GLAAST may not accept responsibility for any damages incurred.

If an attempt is made to deliver your item and the premises is closed or no one is available GLAAST reserves the right to charge for re-delivery.
